Travel Agency Info for all Kumon-Paid flights
All Kumon-paid flights must be booked through the Kintetsu International link that on the Elite Retreat Registration page. You may (but are not required to) book self-paid guests using this travel agency at the same time as you book your Kumon-paid flights. Please note that you will need to have a personal credit card on hand at the time of booking to pay for those flights. Information regarding booking your flights will be available when registration begins.
Orlando Ground Transportation for all April 13 Arrivals and April 16 Departures
Please note that if you are arriving on April 13 and/or departing on April 16, Orlando ground transportation will be automatically booked for you and all guests for whom you have booked flights with Kintetsu International. Your Instructor account will be automatically charged for the number of self-paid guests that you have booked flights for. The charges are $22/person for arrivals and $12/person for departures. If you have not booked flights for your self-paid guests through Kintetsu International, but would still like those guests to take advantage of the Kumon-arranged ground transportation on April 13 and/or April 16, you will need to register and pay for this service directly through Hello Florida using the link provided on the registration page.
