Please remember that registering for a hotel room at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas DOES NOT register you for the Instructors Conference; nor does registering for the Instructors Conference automatically register you for a hotel room.

Conference Venue Information

The 2012 Kumon North America Instructors Conference will take place at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada. http://www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com/.

Hotel Information

If you attended the 2011 Conference in Vancouver, you will receive one complimentary City Room for the three nights of the conference (July 12, 13, 14). Please note that you will still need to book and pay for your own room, but the base room and tax ($138.88/night) for those three nights will be credited to your September Monthly Statement. Any upgrades, additional nights, and third or fourth adult charges are the responsibility of the Instructor. Rooms MUST be booked in the Instructor’s name as this is the only way for Kumon to know which Instructors should receive this credit. If the room is booked in someone else’s name, you WILL NOT receive the 3-night credit.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
A special reduced rate of $124 USD (single or double occupancy, per night, plus taxes) has been secured at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Please call the hotel at 1.877.551.7772 to book your room(s). Be sure to ask for the Kumon Instructors Conference 2012 room block. Room MUST be booked in the Instructor’s name as this is the only way for Kumon to know which Instructors should receive the hotel subsidy. If the room is booked in someone else’s name, you WILL NOT receive the hotel subsidy.
  • Room reservations must be made no later than June 4, 2012.
  • Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
  • A charge of $30 USD (per night, plus taxes) will be charged for any third or fourth adult (age 18 or above) staying in one room.
  • A limited number of rooms are available at the group rate prior to and after the conference, beginning on 7/6/12 and ending on 7/20/12. The group rate for these additional nights is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book early to ensure maximum availability.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is located just 3 miles from McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas (LAS).

Transportation to/from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Kumon will not be arranging transportation to/from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

  • Taxis
    Taxis are available on the east side of baggage claim, outside exits 1-4. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers.   • Shuttles/Limos
    A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran, and are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13.
