Per last year’s promotion, Instructors who attended the 2011 Conference in Vancouver will receive Complimentary Full Registration for the number of registered guests that attended the Vancouver Conference with them. Please note guest guidelines to the right.

Guests Guidelines

Each registered KNA Instructor (Franchisee) is permitted to register guests. Guest categories and restrictions are outlined in the table below.

A Children’s Welcome Reception will be held in correspondence with the Thursday night Welcome Reception for Instructors at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Instructors may register their children ages 5-15 to attend this Reception at no extra charge. Please note that you will be responsible for signing your child in and out of the Children’s Welcome Reception and that ONLY the parent who signs the child in may pick the child up. Children ages 16+ are welcome to attend the Instructor Welcome Reception as well as the Gala Dinner only if they are registered as Social-Only or Full Guests. Please only register your children for the conference if you are planning for them to attend as one of the above types of guests as you will be charged accordingly for their registration.

Please note that Center Visit registration is only available to Instructors and that workshop registration will be limited for guests in order to give all Instructors equal opportunity to attend. Registered Full and Learning-Only Guests may attend all General Sessions.

Children’s Welcome Reception-Only Guest $0 Instructors may opt to register their children ages 5-15 for the Children’s Welcome Reception ONLY on Thursday evening at no additional cost. Children ages 5-15 do not need to be registered if you do not plan to have them attend the Welcome Reception. Please note that you will be responsible for signing your child in and out of the Children’s Welcome Reception and that ONLY the parent who signs the child in may pick the child up.
Full Guest $250 Full Guests must be 16 years of age or older and may participate in conference learning sessions and both daytime & evening meals (Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner).
  • Admission to General Assembly presentations (guaranteed) and Workshops (based on availability); breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday.
  • Admission to the Thursday night Welcome Reception and the Saturday Gala Dinner.
  • All conference materials and gifts.

Social-Only Guest $150 Social-Only Guests must be 16 years of age or older and may participate in evening meals (Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner) only.
  • Admission to the Thursday night Welcome Reception and Saturday Gala Dinner.
  • All conference materials and gifts.
Social-Only Guests may not participate in the General Assembly presentations, Workshops or the breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on Friday and Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration Fee: The Registration Fee is non-refundable once you submit your registration. Registered Instructors who cancel their registration or decide not to attend the Conference will be responsible for the full amount of their own Registration Fee and that of any Guests.
  • NOTE to 2011 Vancouver Conference Attendees: If you choose to register for the conference and later decide to cancel, your September monthly statement will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee for yourself and a $250 cancellation for each registered guest.
  • Hotel: You will be responsible for all hotel cancellation fees based on hotel policy. Please contact the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for further information.
